A big part of choosing a get fit or weight loss regiment is to do something you enjoy!  Everyone enjoys Zumba for it's fun dance aspect and the feeling of not doing a hard core work out when in fact you are toning, burning off calories and gaining more energy after each Zumba class! Zumba works out different muscles in every song!  


As dance fitness instructors we implement leg work to give you long lean dancer like legs, work in the abs work to give you the toned tummy look giving you a stronger core to give you strength and a stronger back, and of course lots of squats to give you great glutes and hamstrings!
